A visionary serial entrepreneur and technology leader, he began his career as a software engineer before co-founding Benchmark Softech Limited in 1995. Over the next 13 years, he grew the company from a small tech boutique into a market-leading software services firm, culminating in a highly successful exit in 2008.
Building on that momentum, he invested in the energy business and co-founded Prana Technologies Inc., where he set the strategic technology roadmap, secured key partnerships, and oversaw business development that positioned the company for rapid growth.
Since 2016, he has leveraged his hands-on start-up expertise to advise clients in investment banking and management consulting. He partners with emerging and mid-market companies to shape growth strategies, execute M&A transactions, and optimize operational performance—while continuing to found and scale his own ventures.
Alongside his entrepreneurial and advisory roles, he is an active angel investor and sits on the boards of several high-growth companies, providing governance oversight, fundraising guidance, and mentorship to founding teams.
